Right of Return: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Conditions for Return

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please include proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us at info@gmgarten.de with your order number. We will send you return instructions.

Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping Costs: The buyer bears the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.

Exceptions: Custom-made or perishable goods cannot be returned.
